Our History
You can find Headquarters Coworking on the corner of Stewart Avenue and Church Street in Historic Downtown Kissimmee. The original building was built and designed by W.B. Harris and was the previous home to the Kissimmee Valley Gazette, our town newspaper that still exists today. We renamed the building Headquarters Coworking in 2018 because of the sheer number of great companies that have been headquartered in this building, including Kissimmee Police Department and Kissimmee Fire Department in the 1940s, and many more that will be in the future. The Headquarters Coworking building was completely renovated with modern upgrades while maintaining its historic charms, by Bill & Kathy Groover, and Joe Jordan who built Jordan-Norris Printing and operated it for nearly 40 years. Headquarters Coworking is just steps away from local coffee shops and lunch spots, as well as Kissimmee City Hall, the Osceola County Courthouse and the Kissimmee Police Department. As of July 2020, Headquarters Coworking is powered by solar via Kissimmee Utility Authority’s Community Solar Program.
