How do I know if my company is allowed in Headquarters Coworking?
We allow most professional services and all companies are welcome to use Headquarters Coworking as their space for administrative work. We do not allow operations for companies doing eyelashes, permanent makeup, tattoos, counseling appointments, or doctors visits.
How far in advance do I need to book a daypass or a conference room?
We prefer 24 hours notice for daypasses or booking a conference room, however accommodations sooner can be possible pending staff availability. Please call 407-908-8238 for more information or email info@coworkingatheadquarters.com
Do you have any private offices available?
We do have 3 private offices and all are on long term leases at the moment. They start at $1,200 per room and include all our high level coworking amenities. They also include wifi, power, water and other facility needs
Are my conference room hours able to roll over to other months?
Unfortunately we're not able to roll over conference room hours to other months.
What is your policy on guests coworking with members?
If you have you and a guest working for a couple of hours, or even a whole day, no problem. If this person consistently comes in to work with you daily, we will approach you about an additional membership.
We are a company who wants to do a dedicated desk under the Thrive Membership, but we want to rotate through employees even though there will only be one person there at a time. Can we do that?
We offer a great group plan you should consider, but our individual plans are per person.
I need a secured line for the internet. Can you provide a hard wire line in for ethernet?
We are not able to provide an ethernet plug in for any level of membership. All memberships include wifi access to our high speed internet.
